Mobile AR Developer

Title (w/ Level): Mobile Developer – AR. DescriptionWe are looking for a candidate who can build compelling augmented reality (AR) lenses using Snapchat’s Lens Studio software. The lenses will range from simple animations to complex ML based lenses.

Responsibilities Build 3-10 new AR lenses each monthCollaborate with Lens Creator PM team to develop a roadmap for what lenses to create based on time of year, events, and what other vendors are developing.Upload, test and manage the Microsoft library of lenses working closely with the engineering and creator teamQA performance and experience of Lenses in our integration partnersReview data on how lenses are being used across partners with the Lens Creator PMsCollaborate with growth and creator team to develop a roadmap for what Lenses to createProvide product input – including what new functionality we need to build in order to advance the state of our libraryOnce newer version of Lens Studio is updated convert all existing lenses in library to be up to date with the new CameraKit version of Lenses StudioDevelop a Lens catalog accessible by all partners to select and choose the lenses they would like to use in their integrationsBe up to date on the state of the art on AR lenses and filters

Qualification • Experience in building AR lenses using Lens Studio • Experience in JavaScript development experience • A strong portfolio showcasing Snap lenses or other AR filters• Ideally they know all the ins and outs of the Snap Camera Kit - and have access to all the Snap templates and have created lenses or might even be an approved creator.
