Responsibilities

Craft, maintain, and innovate software solutions leveraging JavaScript and related toolsetsCollaborate across teams to dissect requisites, architect solutions, and craft softwareInterface with databases and backend tech stacks including Node.js, Redis, PostgreSQL, and MySQLEngineer and perpetuate frontend components utilizing ReactJS and associated frameworksDraft and uphold code documentation, encompassing technical blueprints and user guidesUphold software integrity via code assessments, testing, and rectifying glitchesEngage in design appraisals, furnishing insights on requisites, product blueprint, and probable hurdlesContribute to the evolution of optimal practices and benchmarks for software engineering

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' proficiency in JavaScript development, showcasing mastery across diverse frameworks and librariesHands-on involvement in backend development with Node.js, encompassing database manipulation with Redis, PostgreSQL, and MySQLCompetency in Redux or Flux for state management in intricate applicationsPractical experience in ReactJS development, comprising component construction and seamless integrationSound grasp of software development tenets and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and WaterfallProficiency in HTML, CSS, and associated technologies for frontend developmentExposure to code validation and troubleshooting, employing tools such as Jest or EnzymeSuperb communication abilities coupled with a penchant for collaborative teamworkMethodical organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail for delivering top-tier outputProficient spoken and written English, at an upper-intermediate level or beyond, facilitating effective discourse

Nice to have
