About Expertia

Expertia AI is a deep tech startup in the HR tech space. We are developing the current state of the art systems to lead into the next decade of products in the HR-tech space. Expertia AI is incubated at and funded by Entrepreneur First Bangalore with Kanishk Shukla and Akshay Gugnani as its co-founders. Kanishk was earlier the co-founder of Koovs.com and Akshay has worked as an AI researcher at the Computer Science AI lab at MIT and IBM Research.

About the role

As a Frontend Developer, you will have a key role in our development of new and existing products. You will work in a varied team of developers and will be involved in the entire development lifecycle. You will collaborate with the team of developers for implementation of our new features for our existing applications.We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic team members to join our journey as we scale Expertia AI globally. Basic Qualifications

Solid knowledge of HTML, CSSExcellent knowledge of Javascript, Angular JS, NextJS, TypescriptExperience with Python - Flask framework or NodeJSExperience designing, developing and deploying web servicesKnowledge of version control systems like GITGood familiarity with building basic rudimentary UIs for web platforms.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of professional frontend development experienceExperience on AWS (Amazon Web Services) deploymentsProjects (or Github repos) demonstrating track recordExperience in DevOpsExperience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)Experience leading development teamsDetail orientation, execution excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.Extraordinary energy, highly motivated and ability to work in a high octane startup environment.
