Roblox is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Developer Engagement Team. You will possess a strong focus on understanding issues and critical thinking, alongside the essential qualities required for exceptional customer support. As a contractor of this team, you will play a crucial link between Roblox and its developer community. You Will

Help resolve creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies.Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.Dedicate up to 40 hours per week with a work schedule from Monday to Friday plus on-call availability during the weekendReport into a Senior Technical Support Manager

You Have

Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated endless patience and a positive attitude.Effective time management skillsIn-depth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community.Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio.At least 1+ years of experience developing on Roblox or other creation platforms.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown below are applicable to this contract position.

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
