About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate GCP Data Engineer to join our team in Chennai - Guindy. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your work will directly impact our ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:Design and build data pipelines using GCP technologies such as Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc, and BigQuery.Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data quality and availability.Create and optimize data warehouses and data lakes.Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to understand their data needs and provide support.Troubleshoot data issues and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and reliability.Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP technologies and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or a similar role with a focus on GCP.Strong proficiency in SQL queries (T-SQL/PL-SQL).Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Experience with data warehousing and data lake concepts.Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
