A boutique IT consultancy, with multiple offices across the UK, requires a BI Developer to work on a brand new project with a FTSE100 Financial services company.
It's perfect timing to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with great senior tech leadership, that are looking to double their headcount in the next 12 months.
The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer role description:Develop in line with the Software Development Lifecycle ensuring delivery to quality gates, controls and milestones. Adhere to and provide evidence to support the relevant IT General Controls (ITGCs) as a Business Intelligence developer.
Work with the wider project team and provide metrics and accountability for design / build and test estimates. Own, author and present technical designs to all relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) for review and approval.
As an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) developer, you will oversee and lead component (Unit) and Integration test plans and will be expected to provide ongoing input to process improvement against SLAs.
Tech stack for the BI Developer position: ETL, Informatica PowerCentre, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, Data Warehouse.
Advantageous if candidates have experience in Business Objects and/or Java
Remuneration:This Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, Informatica PowerCentre & Oracle is paying up to £70k + Bonus + Benefits.
This company has flexible remote working, and will consider fully remote, but preference will be on candidates that can visit office locations in Telford, London, Edinburgh

Experience with ETL processes using Informatica PowerCentreExperience working with Oracle databases in a development environment (Oracle SQL)Proven SQL development, SQL*Loader and TOAD toolsPL/SQLFull life cycle implementation of Data warehousesBusiness Objects and some Java development
