Role Overview

We're seeking a full-time, remote Experienced OutSystems Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications using OutSystems, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll play a key role in understanding business requirements, delivering custom solutions, and ensuring the final products align with our high standards of quality and innovation. It's an opportunity to wield your expertise in a role that blends creativity with technical skill, contributing to projects that make a difference.

Ideal Candidate:

• Boasts at least 5 years of experience in OutSystems development, ideally at a Senior Developer or Tech Lead level.- Skilled in CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and Agile methodologies.- Knowledgeable about the software development lifecycle, including source control, continuous integration, and deployment strategies.- Adept at writing clean, efficient code and experienced with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).- Possesses excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.- Can lead client discovery sessions, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.- Thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of meeting tight deadlines.- Holds a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.- Experience with mobile app development, web design, and user experience is a plus.
