Responsibilities:
• Maintain MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), Power Platform and .Net based systems and solutions.• Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 (CE) entities, fields, forms, security roles, and workflows.• Develop and maintain integrations between MS Dynamics 365 and other business systems using JavaScript, .Net, C#, and other relevant technologies.• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.• Develop and optimize Dynamics 365 RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and logic apps through SDK’s, advanced customization, and fine-tuning. • Continuous improvement in the existing customizations and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze needs and improvements and translate them into technical specifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer, or equivalent.• Minimum of 4+ years of overall coding experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.• Strong knowledge and experience with MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.• Proficiency in customizing and configuring MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications (Customer Services, Sales, Marketing), including workflows, business rules, and forms.• Experience working with MS Dynamics 365 SDK and API’s.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Microsoft certifications in MS Dynamics 365/Power Platform are highly desirable.
