Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, a passion forcreating efficient and scalable code, and a proven track record of delivering high-qualitysoftware solutions.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Java-based software solutions throughout theentire software development lifecycle.Identify and implement performance improvements, ensuring the scalability andefficiency of our applications.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers,designers, and other developers, to bring innovative ideas to fruition.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring the reliability and robustness ofour software products.Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards andmentor junior developers.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or any related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development or IT Software Development.Good experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, andjQuery.Experience with database design and optimization (SQL, MySQL, or similar).Experience in building a multi-tenancy whitelabled apps is a plus.Knowledge of React, React Native and NextJS is a plus.Experience with REST API design, implementation, and integration.Experience with version control systems (Git) and build tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
