About The Opportunity

The Dayforce Product & Technology team is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer to create the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Our selected candidate will have strong development and programming with C#, .NET, SQL, and Javascript technologies, to name a few.

In your role as Senior Full Stack Software Developer, you will be part of a scrum team comprised of high caliber, hands-on software professionals. You are responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating new products and features as well as completing and augmenting existing solutions and services. You work in a collaborative manner with fellow Developers, Architects, Test Engineers, Product Managers, UX and other stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure the product is functionally complete and well-engineered.

Skills And Experience We Value

Must be fluent in Spanish and English5 or more years of experience with object-oriented design and programming skills using C#, .NET, .NET CoreHands on experience with front-end languages, libraries, and frameworksSignificant years of experience in building and leading cloud-based application development with public cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)Experience with advanced programming constructs such as multi-threaded programming, event-driven architecture, messaging, microservicesExperience working with a microservice architectureHands on experience in applying design patterns, writing unit tests and optimizing performanceProficiency with SQL on modern RDBMs

Experience with Angular, React, Vue.Js, Node.js, GraphQLExperience working with MFE (Micro Front-Ends)Experience with designing and implementing APIsExperience in Docker, Kubernetes, or other container-related technologiesDevelopment experience of containerized application is desirableKnowledge of DevOps design patterns, processes, and best practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to learn new software languages, frameworks, and APIs quickly
