About the role: We are looking for a talented, creative and proactive developer to join our existing team who design and develop software products for NDIS and community service providers, including CareMaster (caremaster.com.au) and Trips (tripssoftware.com.au).

In this role you will work within a fully remote cross functional team to develop and maintain our in-house software.

The successful candidate will not only have amazing technical skills, they will enjoy a collaborative working style and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and the CareMaster team with a focus on working closely with our product, GTM and CX teams.

This is a fully remote, full time role with some flexibility in hours. We are looking for a proactive developer who takes ownership of their code, manages their time effectively and delivers excellent results via careful attention to detail, collaborative communication, well honed skills and an eagerness to use them.

Experience/Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years of commercial experiencePortfolio of work demonstrating your skill set, ie personal website, link to your github, examples of past projects and your contribution to themWe use Laravel and a strong foundation of core PHP as well as knowledge of the framework is requiredOur front ends are built using jQuery and Vue and a strong foundation of ES6 javascript is requiredKnowledge of SQL - our databases are a combination of MySQL and MSSQLTest driven development is essential - you must know how to use PHPUnit effectively as well as having a good idea of what and how to testEffective communication skills for working in a diverse remote teamPassion for teamwork, problem solving and collaborationMust be well spoken, organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexibleWe use: Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Teams and Slack
