Blockchain Developer Intern

We believe that the intersection of gaming, NFTs, and Metaverse presents an immense opportunity and are looking for people who share the same belief. Our development team is looking for a Blockchain Developer Intern. This person will be responsible for creating the next generation of NFT experiences, Blockchain games, and the Metaverse. The ideal candidate is strong technically and has a passion for games, NFTs, and Metaverse. What you will doDevelopment:Being fluent in both web2 and web3 development is a must.Defining and implementing a scalable, structured, and modular code base will set the necessary foundation for future projects.We want to be blockchain agnostic as an organization. Being able to integrate with multiple blockchains will be a key to our success.Implementing business intelligence capabilities (analytics) and other technical diagnostics (crash reporting, logging, etc) is vital for product health and maintenance.We’ll be utilizing our strength in art and visualization so being able to implement creative UI with out-of-box or custom widgets and animations is going to be very important.Being able to collaborate with different groups (product, creative, and other engineering teams) is key to success. What skills you will need to learn & min. RequirementsA degree holder in Computer Science, Game Development a related discipline, or experience to offset this.Web2 development experience is a mustWeb3 development experience is preferredWilling to learn Moralis & HyperledgerExperience with Unity or Unreal, ideally in the games & entertainment vertical is preferredHaving publicly-viewable web3 applications and being able to step through your implementation considerations will be a plusParticipation in the general web3 ecosystem is a plus. Do you own any NFTs or coins?Web development using JavaScript, Typescript, React, Redux, and NodeJS is highly preferred. Alternative frameworks could also be considered where appropriate.Experience with web-based 3d and 2d game/rendering technologies (e.g. three.js, pixi.js, etc.) is a plus.Experience working with technical artists and 3d artists and the creative pipeline in general.Familiar with agile project management processesExperienced and comfortable with remote team dynamics, processes, and tools (Skype, Jira, Zoom, etc.)
