Profile DescriptionTableau DeveloperResponsibilities:Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports according to business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data visualization needs.Design and implement data models to support Tableau visualizations.Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Tableau solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.Stay updated with Tableau best practices and new features to enhance development processes.Work effectively within a remote/offshore team environment, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and communication with onshore counterparts.Requirements:4+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Tableau dashboards and reports.Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Server, and Online platforms.Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective Tableau visualizations.Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques in Tableau.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote/offshore team setting.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
