You will:Technical and Professional Growth: Regularly provides constructive feedback to team members, fostering their technical and professional development.Project Oversight and Planning: Collaborates with software teams, oversees project and team assignments, and negotiates resource assignments to ensure projects are executed according to plan.Development Lifecycle Management: Oversees the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to development standards, and supervises teamwork to ensure project deliverables meet release criteria.Security and Quality Assurance: Conducts code reviews, engages in security analysis, and follows established development and testing procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets security standards.
