Responsibilities
Apply Salesforce technical proficiency to design and develop solutions using inbuilt CRM technologies and functionalities.Map Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices against business and technical requirements by performing fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and available tools within AppExchange and Force.com platform.Perform application development, prototyping, testing, and demo capabilities to users.Work on design and development of interfaces APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems.Assist System Architect and support team members to address security and compliance requirements related to the setup of Salesforce platform and development environments.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experienceAdvanced englishStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor.Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across systems.Strong Knowledge of Object Oriented analysis and design, database design and software development lifecycle.5+ years of experience programming with Java, Javascript, Apex, Visualforce Pages, Apex Triggers, LWC, Batch Process, Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData,etc).Front-end development experience with Lightning Design System.Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce.Extensive understanding of relational database languages (SQL or SOQL)Excellent written and oral communication skillsProven leadership, prioritization, and analytical skills
