Roles and ResponsibilitiesMigrating from Oracle Open Air PSA to CertiniaThey will run in parallel as the implement and migrate to CertiniaThen migrate systematicallyNeed this new person to move the dataOpen Air not very open so difficult and using spreadsheets todayWorking with Python today, But need this new person to take over. Doesn't have to be in python always, but this person will need Python skills to transition.Must have experience to think through the 14 step ETL process

Time zone requirements for the resource: 4 hour overlap hours with EST is ok for this role. They will have a couple meetings in the morning every couple of daysInterface with random finance and BI groupsSomeone who can work independently and has clear English skills is a mustData source may be Oracle database underlying Open Air but not sure, that would use SOSQL in Salesforce so some dialect of SQL requiredSome API experience would be helpfulWorst case it would be spreadsheets‍Thanks & Best RegardsPiyush Sharma
