We are looking for a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of relevant production experience, and 1+ years of relevant leadership experience.
The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the enterprise data services platform. They should have experience with all phases of software development cycle, including operations. The candidate must be a quick learner who is highly motivated and willing to tackle new technologies while being able to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently. The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively. This is a hands-on position requiring strong analytical, architecture, and development skills.

Work closely with technology partners on feature definition, business case development, and overall direction of the enterprise data services platformEnsure the platform is operating efficiently and effectivelyOversee and lead software development effortsProvide guidance on routine to highly complex problems to team membersAlign to enterprise software development practices
Requirements
Strong experience and minimum 5 years of production experience in Java, Spring boot, and other open-source Java frameworksExperience in enterprise-level integrations using Kafka, REST, OKTA, etcStrong experience in front-end development using React and MFE architecturesExperience in database development on PostgreSQL, Oracle, and integrations with application servicesExperience in application containerization and deployments through CI/CD pipelines and AWS services like S3, EKS, EC2, etcExperience in observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting using Splunk, ELK, Jaeger, etc.1+ years of relevant leadership experienceExperience in maintenance of existing applications developed and deployed on J2EE containers like WeblogicExcellent communication skillsB2+ English level
