SQL Developer

Novigo Solutions is hiring for SQL Developers proficient in SSIS and Python. Here is the detailed JD:We are seeking a skilled and experienced SQL, SSIS, and Python Integration Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data integration, strong proficiency in SQL and SSIS, and hands-on experience in Python scripting for data manipulation and automation. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL, and Python. Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data integration requirements and design appropriate solutions. Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse or data lake. Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and error handling mechanisms within SSIS packages to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Optimize and tune SSIS packages for performance, scalability, and reliability. Develop Python scripts to automate data processing tasks, perform data transformations, and integrate with external systems or APIs. Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to address them. Document data integration processes, workflows, and dependencies for reference and knowledge sharing. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data integration and automation and evaluate their potential impact on our data architecture and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, and database programming. Proficiency in SQL programming, including querying, scripting, and optimization techniques. Strong expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), including experience with package development, deployment, and scheduling. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and ETL best practices. Hands-on experience in Python scripting for data manipulation, automation, and integration. Experience with Pyspark, Airflow, Databricks is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
