Design, build and configure Microsoft Dynamics application (CRM)

Key Responsibilities

Implementation, configuration, customization and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Apps.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, Science (computer), Engineering, or related field preferred.

Desired Skills

Require minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM.

Should have Techno-funcional experience, particularly in 2016 online or later versions

Good experience in out-of-the-box CRM customization including exposure to Power Platform

Experience in solution designing and pre-sales activities

Good knowledge of .NET, C# to write custom plugins & workflow activities.

Knowledge of JavaScript for client side scripting and Ribbon Workbench

Good communication skills is must

Hands-on experience in User Management and Security in Dynamics 365

Should be an added advantage if experienced with CRM Portals
