Key Responsibilities: 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development roles. Lead the development of scalable and high-performance backend systems. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement APIs for seamless communication between server and client. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js. Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity and security. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in backend development. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring optimal system performance. Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for system deployment and maintenance. Mentor and guide junior backend developers in the team.
