Position Summary As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will play an essential role in shaping the future of software and products we create. You will work with our Product Leaders and Designers as part of a team that digests business perspectives and develops software for clients. As an early employee of a growing company, you will also be responsible for co-creating our culture and core business processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop software end-to-end – Work closely with senior developers to build new features and fix bugs. Write simple frontend components and screens under guidance. Assist in building REST APIs and integrating with databases.Contribute to high-quality code – Execute development based on interpreted technical requirements. Interpret and integrate code review feedback. Document thoroughly – Write documentation and familiarize yourself with with technologies and architecture decisionsAdopt best practices – Learn and contribute to improving engineering best practices.Communicate effectively with team – Engage with your team about own scope of technical work

Required Skills and Experience2 years of professional software development experience, or a meaningful project portfolioKnowledge of frontend frameworks like React or AngularFamiliarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSSBasic understanding of modern server-side languages like Node.js, Ruby, or PythonSome experience working with databases like MySQL or MongoDBFamiliarity with version control (git) and dev environment toolsExposure to modern software development best practicesFamiliarity with agile development conceptsPositive attitude and willingness to learnStrong collaboration and communication skillsDetail oriented with good analytical abilitiesAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks
