BTC Ordinals Developer

We are on the lookout for a developer with expertise in the Bitcoin protocol, particularly in the development and integration of Ordinals. This role involves crafting cutting-edge solutions that leverage Ordinals' distinctive capabilities, aiming to redefine user experiences and interaction with digital assets.

Responsibilities:Develop bespoke applications, smart contracts, and APIs centered around Ordinals.Facilitate seamless integrations between Ordinals, Bitcoin, and the Lightning Network.Enhance Ordinals transactions and scripts for improved cost-efficiency and user experience.Design impactful projects based on Ordinals that resonate with our core ethos.Engage in collaborative efforts with design, product, and engineering teams to realize Ordinals-centric initiatives.Produce comprehensive documentation to set development best practices within the Ordinals ecosystem.Contribute insights and advancements to the wider Ordinals and Bitcoin development community.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 months of experience in developing applications or integrations utilizing Ordinals.Profound knowledge of Bitcoin improvement protocols such as BIP21 and BIP22.Proficiency in programming languages including C++, Rust, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, Shell (Bash), and Solidity.A solid understanding of scripting, fungibility, and encoding for on-chain artifacts.A driven passion for exploring Bitcoin’s potential in fostering creative and cultural advancements.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:Notable contributions to prominent Ordinals projects or active participation in open-source communities.A zest for pioneering in uncharted territories of creative on-chain development.Proficient ability to research, prototype, and adapt alongside product design innovations.A keen interest in arts, culture, and activism, with a vision for crypto’s role in reshaping these domains.
