Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce CRM Developer/Consultant. The Developer/Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Salesforce CRM software development, integration with databases and web services, and supporting customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of customized Salesforce solutions, leveraging Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for Salesforce development, including code reviews, performance optimization, and scalability.Architect and implement complex Salesforce features such as custom applications, Lightning components, Apex classes/triggers, Visualforce pages, and integrations with third-party systems.Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, and other integration patterns and technologies.Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure a seamless transition of data between systems.Develop and maintain Salesforce automation solutions, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom automation using Apex triggers.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality, usability, and performance of our Salesforce applications.Mentor and coach junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to promote skill development and team success.Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our platform and business processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Salesforce certifications are preferred.4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects from concept to completion.Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and limitations.Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, OAuth, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
