Job Title: Python DeveloperContract: W2 Contract

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Python-based applications and software systems.Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize performance and reliability.Troubleshoot and debug issues, resolve technical challenges, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development, particularly in the Python ecosystem.Mentor junior developers, provide guidance and support, and contribute to the professional growth of the team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python.Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.Experience with database technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
