These contractors would be responsible for keeping critical parts of Client’s, like profile and user in a healthy state, while supporting other functionality like feed in maintenance mode.We are specifically looking for software engineers to help improve engineering fundamentals in these areas by completing defined projects with quantifiable success metrics. Candidates should have excellent debugging and communication skills.

Responsibilities:Work with stakeholders to understand technical constraints, and develop, communicate, and track against realistic plans to ship bug fixes and improve engineering fundamentals (availability, accessibility, and security) in well-loved parts of Client’sCoordinate with engineering leadership, customer support, and other teams to define and prioritize projects that help us meet business objectivesEnsure compliance with Client’s software development best practices and industry standards

Required Qualifications:6+ years’ experience writing production grade Rails, especially along with ReactExperience designing, building, scaling and maintaining distributed systemsExperience in testing, production system monitoring, and observability
