We are an international company of 100+ employees created by IT engineers. Not being an outsourcer in the usual sense of the word, we specialize in creating niche software for large international banks and investment funds. As part of our development, we’d like to establish new teams in Poland.

We are seeking 2 Python Developers to join challenging Fintech projects.

PROJECT 1. Python Beacon Developer will join the Core Beacon Platform team. Beacon is a Python-based vendor platform used for creating various trading and risk management applications for Capital Markets. It is widely utilized within the firm for risk management and analytics.

You will be joining a global team of five engineers. The main goal of the team is to improve Beacon Platform utilization within the firm by:

● Creating and improving CI/CD pipelines;● Developing auxiliary integration and core platform services using Python;● Providing Beacon support for application teams in the European time zone;● Sharing best development practices for creating applications on Beacon.

Technology stack:- Python 3.9- Beacon Platform- Oracle, S3, Redis,- AMPS messaging, IBM MQ,- Okta

What is required from you:- Python (+ Numpy, Pandas, Plotly, Dash, Streamlit, Flask, Fastapi, Jupyter)– 4+ years of experience- really good communication skills: understanding user requirements and explaining them back your ideas- DevOps experience- Linux experience is a plus- JavaScript experience is a plus- real problem solving skill (proactively and solely)- fluent English____________________________________________________________________________________________PROJECT 2. Python Messaging Automation Developer to join a small Compliance Technology support team of a financial firm. As a part of regulatory & compliance obligations the firm needs to capture all mobile devices business messaging into internal archive. While capturing itself is done via a vendor platform we need to implement solutions for automated testing/verification that all message channels and connection points are really captured.

The primary target is a verification solution for SMS messages, and then expanding it for a multitude of used communications platforms like Whatsapp, WeCom, Telegram etc. You’ll oversee identifying solutions for verification of messaging, provision.

In addition to that the role includes direct engagement with users to facilitate/verify messaging applications deployment, help users login as needed.

Technology stack- Python 3.8 – 3.10- Gitlab- Various API & data sources (e.g. REST, csv files).
