ServiceNow Developer Location: Poland (Remote) We are in search of a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer based in Poland to join our remote team. As a Remote ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to enhance and optimize our ServiceNow platform. If you have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for creating efficient IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with organizational objectives.Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless workflows and increased operational efficiency.Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline IT processes and enhance overall productivity.Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and troubleshooting, to ensure the stability and security of the ServiceNow platform.Provide timely support for incidents and service requests, resolving issues effectively.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.Offer training and support to end-users, ensuring optimal and efficient use of the ServiceNow platform.Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry best practices.Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and optimization within the ServiceNow environment.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in ITSM and ITOM.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, configurations, and customizations.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies for ServiceNow development.Experience with ServiceNow integration and automation tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
