Senior Java Developer with Strong Python

It involves a lot of different sub-systems to get integrated and make them working as the one meeting high quality standards including performance and robustness. Core system to interact with is FinCad F3. Technology stack we are targeting at is Kafka, Java, Python, Kubernetes, AWS.Python is the core language of FinCad F3 framework for integration, math and financial modeling, reporting. The python engineers will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to integrate F3 into the bank's landscape (directly or via Kafka-based framework that's being engineered now) and build analytical financial models calculating various inputs to bank's business. Skills required: solid core python, multithreading and -tasking, asyncio, pandas and numpy, hands-on with API engineering, performance optimization, ideally grid computing (Spark and alike).Are you the one who is willing to dig deep into Financial Market? Mandatory Skills Description:8+ years engineering experience5+ years of experience with Java and PythonREST API (incl. Enterprise Authentication and Authentication)Spring (including Spring Boot and Spring Boot Actuator)Using Message Brokers (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)Experience with python web service frameworks, such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.Experience using Docker in Linux environments.Good knowledge of testing methodologies. Can write unit tests for unfamiliar code, analyze code coverage, and analyze failing test cases.Knowledge of automated testing frameworks, such as Jenkins or Gitlab CI/CD, is plusUnit tests & Integration tests, using JUnit/MockitoGit

Nice-to-Have Skills:Knowledge of RDBMS architectures and database tooling, especially for Oracle or SQL ServerBasic Linux tooling and administration: package installation and tooling, shell scripting, managing file systemsKnowledge of AnsibleBasic understanding & use of API Security patterns
