Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing clear, quality code as part of our award-winning Intelligent Document Processing platform. You will develop, test your code, identify errors, and iterate to ensure quality deliverables.

ResponsibilitiesWill work as Software Engineer with our team. Understand the requirements, proactively pull items from backlog, design,develop, test, troubleshoot to solve for the requirements. Writing effective, scalable code. Developing back-end components to improve responsiveness and overallperformance. Implement and enhance intelligent document classification, data capture andpostprocessing/ transformation solutions to streamline document processing. Integrating code with the product. Ability to work with a version control system. Improve functionality of existing systems. Understand & analyze project requirements and work on those to deliver timelyresults. Participate in sprint planning and execution. Contribute to brainstorming sessionsby bringing new ideas to the table. Participate in daily status meetings and review your status with the team. Raise issues and risks as soon as those are encountered. Seek help andparticipate in brainstorming sessions to resolve these issues/ risks. Ready to identify and take on other responsibilities as situations unfold. Ready and able to interact with the clients without supervision, if situation sodemands. Able to work in a team environment. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

Requirements/ SkillsBachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (IT or Computer Science). Must have: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Python (data structures,numpy, pandas etc), Django, RabbitMQ, Nginx etc. Must have: Knowledge of Object-oriented programming Must have: Minimum 1.5 years of Experience in Intelligent Document Processing,OCR, NLP, Document Intelligence, Automated documents auditing. Can independently manage tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Ready to take up ambiguous research tasks and take those to completion.
