Job Title: Tableau Developer/BI Developer on W2Only USC or GCNo C2CLocation: 100% RemoteDuration: 6+ months (High Possibility of Extension) Job Description:Tableau developer will help design, develop, enhance, and fine tune the Business Intelligence (BI) applications using Tableau toolsets. Ideal candidate will require hands-on experience with Tableau Product Suite, knowledge of Tableau Architecture, solution design and well versed with CICD deployments. Job Responsibilities:Create, maintain, and enforce data delivery standards to ensure consistent information delivery methods across projects.Create project/delivery documentation such as deployment guides, release notes, product unit test recommendation documents etc.Provides walkthrough of the release documentation to the deployment teamsWork with business, internal teams to create dashboards, reports in Tableau.Design overall Tableau solution based on provided business problem.Capable to tune up the performance of the existing dashboards.Ability to create advanced Tableau dashboards based on the emerging healthcare/insurance market trend.Should follow the best practices in all the Tableau project deliverables.Should be able to convert the business requirements into technical requirement with minimal inputs.Should support the deployments into test/prod environments andAbility to test the Tableau server upgrade activities. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of experienceKnowledge of multiple software delivery life cycles such as Waterfall & Agile methodologies5+ years of experience with Tableau 2019.1 or higherAbility to design and develop end to end Tableau solutions for complex business problems with minimal input from others.Understanding of BI development standards is required.Experience building Worksheets, Story and Dashboards is must.Good understanding of SQL tools such as DB2, and other ODBC-based query tools.Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Preferred Requirements:Date modelling experience is preferred.Tableau administration experience is a plus.
