About the Role:

Title: Lead React Developer (full-time)Location: Mexico (fully-remote)

Day To Day Responsibility:- Utilize Senior Front End Developer skills with React JS to lead tech projects and initiatives.- Independently create solutions, guide junior developers, review code, and anticipate issues in testing phases.- Communicate effectively in English with stakeholders and team members.- Develop portals as needed for project requirements.- Migrate HP's legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics for strategic enhancement of CRM capabilities.- Collaborate with CIO and Business teams to improve productivity for sales organization.

Must Have:- Senior Front End Developer skills with React JS- Tech lead experience is a plus- Ability to take initiative, create solutions, guide junior developers, review code, and anticipate issues- Strong communication skills in English to work with stakeholders and team- Portal development skills preferred
