Senior Developer/Programmer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer/Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our websites and our CRM system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate is proficient in programming languages and frameworks, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is able to implement the right strategy to achieve the intended outcome.

Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites and company's CRM systems.Developing modules, APIs, and other functionalities for our CRM system and billing systems.Integrating different web systems using APIs.Ensuring website scalability, security, and page speed optimization.Able to integrate and maintain Google services into our website, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM).Able to manage outsourcing projects efficiently.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven work experience as a Developer/Programmer, with a strong portfolio.Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, MySQL (Python is a plus).Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateway integration.Understanding of web architecture, protocols, and security principles.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment processes is a plus.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
