Job Title - Lead Semarchy Developer

Job Timings - UK Shift (India - Remote) Dentsu’s Master Data Management (MDM) team utilizes Semarchy for mastering critical enterprise data domains such as client, customer, etc for driving data governance, efficient operations, and improving the quality and trust of our data and insights. The Lead Semarchy developer will work closely with business and technical teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain data products meeting functional and nonfunctional requirements. The lead developer will also lead other developers, impacting best practices and development standards, conduct process/code reviews, and manage the technical team for implementing tasks.

Core Requirements:Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)Experience of working with MDM systems (such as Informatica, IBM Data Stage, Trillium, Semarchy, etc.)5 years of Technical Leadership in SQL experience working in a data warehouse, analytics or data migration environmentExperience of working with integration tools (such as Azure Data Factory, SnapLogic, BizTalk, etc.)Good with People Management SkillsExcellent communication skills with ability to document and present design patterns, code reviews, runbookKnowledge of record matching and/or data quality issuesUnderstands project management principalsHas performed demonstrations to stakeholdersUnderstanding of how to implement algorithmsDatabase design using normalisation techniquesExperienced in designing Entity Relationship DiagramsHas worked in a technical team to deliver team goalsHas worked in an Agile environment (using Jira or Azure DevOps or other agile technologies)Worked on internal stakeholder or customer projectsUnderstands the technical development lifecycleMust understand the difference between good design and bad designUse of coding standardsHas created test plans/scriptsMust be a team playerMust be a strong problem solver
