5+ years of experience candidates needed.Develop, build, configure and unit test solutions from designs documentationFollow ServiceMax best practices and enforce data quality policiesEnsure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentationEnsure compliance with security policies through Salesforce/ServiceMax profiles and permission setsCreated new Salesforce/ServiceMax custom objects, assigned fields, designed page layouts, custom tabs and componentsPlan and conduct requirements gathering session with the business to collect functional and non-functional requirements relating to client's ServiceMax technology enhancement and initiativesConfigured out of the box, custom reports and Einstein Analytics dashboards
