We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder / Linkedin Business Developer to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in winning projects on only Upwork and Linkedin platform for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and bid on relevant projects, writing compelling proposals, and represent our company professionally to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential Upwork projects that align with our services and expertise.- Create and submit persuasive proposals that clearly communicate our capabilities and value to clients.- Maintain an active presence on Upwork and engage with potential clients through messaging and negotiations.- Collaborate with our team to gather information and resources required for project bids.- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and Upwork best practices to optimize bidding strategies.- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for winning projects.- Gaining Clients from Linkedin platform.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Upwork bidder or similar role.- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, its rules, and best practices.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to research and understand various industries and project requirements.- Highly organized and detail-oriented.- Goal-oriented and results-driven.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in using project management and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana).
