Job RequirementsExtensive experience in Full Stack Java development, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, along with a deep understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns.Demonstrated expertise in AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.Previous experience in project management and the ability to manage numerous projects concurrently is a plus.
