Sogeti USA is looking for a Lead Developer with Java, React.js, Spring Boot and AWS experience.What You’ll Do:Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality and scalable full-stack applications using Java and React, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.Technical Leadership: Lead and guide a team of developers, providing technical direction, reviewing code, and driving best practices to ensure efficient and robust solutions.AWS Cloud Expertise: Apply your strong expertise in AWS cloud services to architect, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions, taking advantage of various AWS tools and services.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver exceptional products.Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior developers, assisting them in their growth and professional development by providing guidance, code reviews, and fostering a positive learning environment.Code Quality: Champion best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and uphold high coding standards to ensure clean, maintainable, and reliable code.Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard methodologies to propose innovative and efficient solutions that drive continuous improvement.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes, architectural decisions, and project specifications.Project Management: Contribute to project planning, estimation, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and successful completion of projects.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (5-8+ years) in Java software development, with a strong focus on enterprise-level applications.

Job RequirementsExtensive experience in Full Stack Java development, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, along with a deep understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns.Demonstrated expertise in AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.Previous experience in project management and the ability to manage numerous projects concurrently is a plus.
