Position Description
Bridgenext is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to work side-by-side with our customer to collaborate on solutions tailored to solve their challenges and facilitate Agile delivery of capabilities. You will lead a team to manage the core workflows and fundamental Salesforce platform. The role also involve developing technical solutions in the Salesforce platform using Apex, Javascript, and Lightning tools. You would also provide technical support for integration with Salesforce, in-house, and third-party systems. You will be collaborating and working with engineering teams across a portfolio of projects in the commercial real estate domain.

Workplace: Remote but will be working in CST; For 100% remote workers, you can expect to travel approximately once per quarter.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Design, implement, and maintain integrations with external systems using RESTful APIs and middleware. Optimize and enhance the performance, security, and scalability of our Salesforce platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce development and configuration. Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment using best practices and tools. Provide technical mentorship and coaching to junior engineers. Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data. Use Agile software development approaches, such as Scrum, and keep the team on track for success.
Must Have Skills
3+ years of experience leading teams and implementations of enterprise-class systems 5+ years of experience developing in Salesforce using Lightning implementations and/or building Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience with Salesforce products and features, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, etc. Significant experience and understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and the various APIs Experience with Salesforce engineering tools such as VS Code, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD tools like Copado, etc. Ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions Experience working within an Agile environment and acting as a mentor for junior team members Two or more related Salesforce certifications
