Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Remote Full Stack Developer to be part of a remote team developing and maintaining enterprise data systems. This is a telecommuting (remote) role and is full-time with benefits.

Our desired candidate is a Full Stack Developer with an interest in emerging technologies and expanding their skill set. Specifically, we require strong skills in Java, Spring, and Hibernate. Experience with Angular is also desired but we would also consider applicants with experience in React or Vue in lieu of Angular. Applicants with less than the minimum technical requirements may be considered for other positions. 

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Participate in the development, enhancement and maintenance of a Java, Spring, Hibernate and Angular web application for an enterprise data systemWillingness to expand and grow technical roles and responsibilitiesParticipate in requirements gathering and analysisWork within a test-driven development processAbility to provide and accept feedback in a constructive mannerAbility to work within a distributed, multi-site development team while adhering to the Agile methodologyAbility to work independently and transform wireframes and documentation into viable code iterativelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesMay require optional travel to the Denver, CO area

Technical Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or comparable work experience5+ years minimum professional experience with Java, Spring & Hibernate3+ years professional experience with Angular or similar technologiesExperience with RESTful services, JSON and service design conceptsExperience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and mockingExperience with GIT and Gradle or similar technologiesExperience with UML documentation and similar artifacts (class diagrams, API documentation, sequence diagrams, ER diagrams, etc.)

Useful Ancillary Skills:

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
