Fulfill a role of a Squad Team Lead Participate in the various stages of software development for complex business solutions. Participate in the development of the solution (design, ideation, technological choices ...) Work in an Agile environment (SAFe methodology). Configure and enhance client business processes using IBM Maximo’s Platform Configuration tools. Be responsible for the stability and performance of the application. Identify gaps and improvements in the proposed design, and partner with Solution Consultants, and Project Managers to re-evaluate the design and project plan.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years experience in IBM Maximo implementations, upgrades, support projects 8+ years’ experience in Java Development Team Leadership experience Strong expertise using XML/JSP/Oracle SQL Analyze customer’s challenges, and take a primary role in the design, development and implementation of comprehensive solutions that integrate smoothly into customer environments. Work with Product Owners & Business Analysts to understand the functional requirements and provide optimal technical solution. Troubleshoot process / functionality / system issues, and resolve. Customize/Configure, test, and deploy IBM Maximo through all phases of the implementation life cycle. Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements. Hands on experience Administering, analyzing, and deploying applications in IBM WebSphere Application Server is added advantage. Must have knowledge and Experience with various web API's and the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). Must have Java experience (Jython, Python, JavaScript languages is added advantage). Deep knowledge of Java programming and related technologies Exposure to Maximo ICD will be preferred Maximo and (or) WebSphere Certifications will be an added advantage Deep knowledge of Java programming and related technologies Experience in JSON, XML, XML parsers, and XSL Experience working with Oracle and SQL performance tuning is an added advantage

Expertise with Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift Sense of aesthetics and attention to detail Experience of working in Agile projects, prior SAFe /Scrum certification or knowledge. Experience in MAS 8 is added advantage Experience working with ETL processes & systems, and data management practices.
