Responsibilities

Work as part of a developer pod in a scrum team on various software development projects Complete user stories on a bi-weekly/monthly sprint basis at the advisement of their scrum master / product owner(s) Design automated software solutions in accordance with enterprise leading practices and design principles Assist in the collection and documentation of solution design requirements Build and test automation processes including integration and unit testing Analyze and resolve automation software issues were required Participate in peer review of solution designs Support business process owners during user acceptance testing Identify and communicate risks associated with process automation candidates Support skills transfer by mentoring newly trained resources on best practices and development techniques Support production deployment processes and performance testing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field applicable to software/systems engineering and computer science At least 5 years of Full Stack Development experience with Javascript/HTML/CSS and C# with .NET 4.X At least 5 years of experience with MySQL (MariaDB) At least 5 years of experience working on web applications that leverage React for user interface At least 5 years of experience with modern infrastructure tools and pipelines such as GitLab CI/CD, and Docker Swarm

Familiarity with agile framework (i.e. PSM, Lean, or SAFe certification) Familiarity or strong thirst to expand telecom domain-specific knowledge Excellent executive presentation and communication skills (both written and oral) Ability to design algorithms and databases, debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks Strong team player, with ability to get things done on a tight timeline Autonomous, organized, self-managed and has a strong sense of decision of making Proficient with JIRA and Confluence tools (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
