Key Responsibilities:Design and develop robust backend systems using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring scalability and performance.Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.Proficiently handle database design, optimizing for efficiency and data integrity.Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure smooth integration and seamless user experiences.Architect system solutions, considering performance, security, and scalability.Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and maintain DevOps workflows.Knowledge of cloud deployments using AWS technologies, ensuring system reliability and scalability.Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating a "startup mindset" and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on backend development experience, with expertise in Node.js and Express.js.Strong database design skills, including proficiency in MongoDB/ PostgreSQL /MySQL / Redis, etc.,Proficiency in system design and architecture, with a focus on scalability and security.Experience with CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment, including Git, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.Knowledge of AWS technologies for cloud deployments, ensuring system reliability and scalability.Ability to lead projects, guide junior developers, and foster a startup mindset.Previous startup experience is a valuable asset.Exceptional problem-solving skills and teamwork.Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
