As a Senior UI/UX Developer at Ping Identity, you will play a key role in being a member of a world-class centralized technical team, supporting highly effective global sales teams through the creation of strategic tooling to enhance the operational effectiveness of our technical Sales team, and the development and ongoing enhancement of repeatable, effective demonstrations and proof of concept assets. Of key importance here is being able to recognise and articulate the business and technical value a customer will receive from a Ping Identity solution. With your deep front-end engineering experience and a creative mindset, you will support field teams across the globe, directly influencing revenue with your activities.
With a passion for learning, you will develop your knowledge across the Ping Identity product set and sales platform, as well as adjacent technologies, including Cloud platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to own, design and build the next generation demonstration and tooling platform using cutting edge technologies & frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Ownership of the design & UI/UX development of technical assets and strategic tooling. These are used by Sales Engineers to showcase our Identity Solutions to prospective customers in the form of demonstrations. This will also include UI/UX of tooling to assist our Sales Engineers in increasing their day-to-day efficiencies. Developing integrations with PingIdentity technology partners and adjacent technologies such as SDKs with PingIdentity SaaS services, API gateways, Kubernetes, and third parties Deliver high quality demonstration/sales assets in line with test strategy and help evolve this as the Technical Enablement team capabilities evolve Collaborating closely with the rest of the team, ensuring that technical assets are elegantly designed and built Support Sales Engineering teams to understand and deliver effective demonstrations Work closely with Sales Engineering teams to support the delivery of innovative, effective demonstrations Enterprise-level experience, developing web applications that can scale, and Mobile applications/emulators; and automating where possible

5+ years in software development or consultancy positions with UI/UX development experience in at least some of the following: Expertise in a range of Front-end capabilities : Vue.js framework and related components such as Vuex and Vue Router (or any overlap between Vue.js/Angular/React), JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 Mobile: iOS (Swift/Xcode), and Android (Java) Some understanding of Back-end technologies, including: Node.js, Python, Tekton, Terraform, and GCP services will be of additional benefit to optimise communication with Back-end team Deep understanding with one or more typical cloud services providers such as GCP, AWS, Azure - utilizing infrastructure and platform services such as Kubernetes Familiarity with the principles of any of Docker/Kubernetes Strong written and verbal communication skills to empower the Ping Identity Sales Engineering and partner community Ability to relate proposed solution technical capabilities back to stakeholder/business needs in an objective style, using wireframes and/or prototyping to bring solution options to life Excellent “can-do” attitude and collaboration skills, with other teams within Ping Identity; and the ability to work with a high level of self-direction Understanding of one or more standards and protocols relating to Identity & Access Management: such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JSON, UMA
