Business Intelligence Developer

Tasks • Develop, design and test BI Reports and Dashboards based on user requirements.• Work with the customer to gather specifications for data and report requirements. • Effectively translate end user reporting requirements into functional design documents • Provide best practices and standards around analytics solution design, development, and delivery • Improvement of existing dashboard design to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all data analytics applications • Maintain and support Tableau environment • Working in the international projects in agile methodologies

Qualifications • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Tableau and/or PBI development, dashboarding and data modeling and visualization techniques. • Experienced in application designing, architecting, development and deployment using Tableau and/or PBI. Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization best practices • Experienced in data integration through extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data from various sources • Able to comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical and business requirements into executable architectural designs. • Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to deliver the technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients. Also helps in understanding and serving to the client’s requirements.• Nice to have: SQL, GCP, Talend, Alteryx
