What You Will Be Doing
Brainstorming and proposing game features and mechanics that align with our educational objectives, bringing creativity and technical expertise to the table.Writing clean, efficient Unity code to bring these game concepts to life, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience for students.Optionally designing and creating game assets, or carefully selecting and integrating high-quality assets from libraries to enrich the game's visuals.Collaborating with product managers and designers to ensure the functionality, reliability, and user-friendliness of the game.

Unity Game Developer Key Responsibilities
Delivering a high-quality game that serves as the primary interface for students in our cutting-edge computer-based learning environment.
Basic Requirements
At least 4 years of experience developing games (any platform).At least 2 years of experience developing 3D Unity games.At least 2 years of experience being the primary technical contributor for a development team OR game.

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
