Your missionYou start in our agile teams consisting of product owners, UX/UI designers, devops engineers and developersYou will be working on developing new and maintaining the existing features of our back end serving the app at conceptboard.comYou will play a key role in refactoring and improving our current back end codeYou will have the liberty to propose new technologies and architectural approachesYou will actively work on improving the performance and monitoring of our back end system

Your profileYou have professional experience (minimum 3 years) in a JVM language (Java, Scala, Kotlin) You have 2+ years of professional experience using the Spring frameworkYou have worked on at least one enterprise application professionallyYou have experience with performance analysis and optimization (server turning, JVM monitoring...)You have a high level of analytical thinking and you can identify problems and their interrelationshipsYou work precisely, are meticulous and have high quality standardsYou have very good English skills You are a team player and open-minded for a virtual after-work drink
