Reporting line: Head of Products Your responsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with experience in AI training frameworks to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end infrastructure of our AI-powered applications.

Design and develop scalable and efficient back-end systems using Python;Work with AI training frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or scikit-learn;Collaborate with other team members to integrate with front-end features and design overall system architecture;Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise;Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code;Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends;Other relevant tasks assigned by line managers.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience);1-3 years experience with Python, specifically with back-end development;Experience with AI training frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Scikit-learn;Excellent experience with containerization and deployment using Docker;Strong understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures;Experience with web frameworks such as Flask, Django, and/or Express.js;Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development;Experience with Git, JIRA, and Agile development methodologies;Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;Strong communication and teamwork skills;

Compensation & Benefits:Compensation: Base salary: Negotiated salary depending on experience. Token bonus based on Company policies.Work-from-home Support: 50 USD/month.Insurance support: 100 USD/month.
