IAM Developer

About the role and responsibilitiesThe developer will be working closely with the Epic owner within Identity and Access Management in the development and integration of Identity and Access Management solutions (e.g. EntraID, Okta, Active Directory, Sailpoint IIQ and Sailpoint ISC).

The Epics are delivered within Global Information Security and some experience and understanding of concepts, principles and technologies in IT Security is an advantage.

However, the primary competencies and experience should be within the field of technical development and IAM.

Our client is using SAFe and our selected implementation partners have been requested to work according to these principles and guidelines including e.g., using Azure DevOps to manage epics, features and user stories. Experience with SAFe is required as well as having experience with working in global implementations and teams (see qualifications below).

Role description Support the technical epic delivery and collaborate with epic owners, developers and architects in Global Information SecurityResponsible for development of assigned features Actively contribute to effective team collaboration and creating a positive and professional working environmentSupport in documenting technical deliverables, processes and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer Ensure clear communication with the epic owner and project manager providing clarity on delays and blockersCollaborate with our clients architects across Identity and Access Management to ensure the new solutions are fit-for-purpose and support a modern identity management solution.

Expected qualifications and competencies of a Standard level Implementation ManagersExperience as Developer (2-5 years experience)Basic understanding of Azure DevOpsExperience with Okta Identity CloudExperience within Identity and Access Management and IT security as a working domain areaExperience in working with global implementations and teams (1-2 year experience)Experience with working remotely and with global teams (1-2 year experience)Excellent communication skills (English required)Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently (required)
