Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a microservices development team responsible for the entire lifecycle of assigned piece of software from development to testing to deployment within the SAFe agile delivery methodology.

Responsibilities:

Develop requirements for support applications including dashboard display, process automation, and interface applications. Prototype applications to assess impact within the infrastructure. Develop and test applications including interface applications for transferring data with other Government entities, as approved, and ensuring machine-to-machine communication and interface. Deploy and integrate applications within the infrastructure. Plans for and ensures the orchestration with other applications within the infrastructure and with applications outside the infrastructure. Propose, test, implement, integrate, operate, maintain, and improve ticketing and incident tracking system(s). Create, update, and maintain documentation for all systemsReceive inputs (code conventions/patterns/best practices, etc.) from the senior developers and SME level developers, as needed

Requirements:

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of related experience including:Experience with full stack development leveraging Java J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Java frameworksIntegrated Development Environment (Eclipse, IntelliJ, MS Visual Studio, Sprint Tool Suite)API MicroservicesDockerApache MavenJBossEnterprise Application PlatformCloud native application hosting, responsive designJavaScript Framework (Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, Data Tables)Hiberante ORMAtlassian Application Lifecycle management (JIRA/Confluence)Experience with both frontend and backend technologies. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred:

SAFe Agile certificationCandidates in the DC Metro areaExperience supporting US federal government contracts

In accordance with pay transparency guidelines, the proposed salary range for this position is $107,000 to $138,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors such as relevant skills, experience and certifications.
