Remote Contract Markit EDM Developer role

This is a technical position for a developer but need requires both development and high level operational support experience

Should have good knowledge of EDM

Should have experience with Markit EDM version 19.2

Strong SQL experience would be nice to have (ability to write queries)

Experienced with Bloomberg would be a very nice to have skill

Responsibilities

Should know the Markit EDM product but this is not purely development role

Will also include Operational support which includes on call overnight support - not right away but will work toward it

Need to work through issues and work them quickly to get cycle running again

Development work could be anything such as enhancements, or Bloomberg changes that required customization work

Would be good to know how the UI works and how it ties in with thick client
