Role Overview:Calling all Backend Maestros! We're on the lookout for an experienced Backend Developer to join our eclectic team of tech enthusiasts. As a Backend Maestro, you'll be at the forefront, crafting, testing, and maintaining the magical server-side logic of our applications. If you're a tech aficionado with a knack for problem-solving and a track record of delivering top-notch solutions, you're the one we're summoning.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conjure, design, and ship new features.Weave clean, maintainable, and efficient code spells for backend services.Architect and maintain the magical server-side realms and APIs.Work your charms on bug fixing and improving application performance.Collaborate with front-end sorcerers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side magic.Stay enchanted with the latest industry trends and technologies for spellbinding application performance and responsiveness.Document test cases and brew collaboration potions with the QA Team.Be the helpful wizard, working with fellow team members to unlock the achievements of our team goals.Qualifications:Possession of a Bachelor's degree in the sacred scrolls of Computer Science / Information Technology.Proven experience as a Backend Maestro with a minimum of 3 years.Strong proficiency in NestJS with a deep understanding of its mystical core principles.Command over server-side languages, especially the ancient scrolls of Node.js.Familiarity with databases, whether it be the mystic MongoDB or the powerful PostgreSQL.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and the ancient art of microservices architecture.Knowledge of the sacred code versioning tools, such as Git.Excellent problem-solving and communication spells.Ability to dance independently and collaborate gracefully in our fast-paced mystical environment.Join us at Kocha, where the code is strong, the magic is real, and the journey is nothing short of legendary.
